I had recently purchased an M140i from the friendly gentleman at Highway Auto, Mark. Straight from start, they were nothing but professional and accommodating. Mark had given me a ring on his way home, after seeing my enquiry. As soon as we starting talking about the vehicle, I knew that he had a genuine passion for vehicles. We were able to schedule a viewing within the next couple of days, all the while Mark had a great pipeline of communication. The viewing went smoothly, they were very transparent the entire time. Nothing was too hard as they were prepared with all the invoices and documentation for the vehicle. The process of placing a deposit and paying for the vehicle was very easy. Mark had walked us through the entire process, leaving no room for surprises. There was no pressure to purchase any add ons for the vehicle, however they do talk your through their options. I could not believe how easy the entire process was. Mark had also told us that they love to hear about their vehicles even after they've been sold. I can vouch for this, as he has followed up with us a few times, to see how we're going. If you're on the fence about one of their vehicles, I would 100 percent urge you to have a look.
